SEEKING REVENGE WHEN HURT

 Cheating on a spouse is dangerous in our times, especially if the person you’ve cheated on is vindictive. Revenge porn, slanderous Face book post, and posting personal information on-line is currently the trend disgruntled partners flock to as a means of destroying the person they claim to have once loved. The story I’m going to share with you is fictional, but the consequences are real.

Toya and James met in college they connected easily due to their shared interest in technology, and dreams of working in the land of Silicon Valley. Both were outgoing and adventurous hardworking and determined, so for them it was a no brainer they married right after graduation. Because they both performed so well on their internships, the couple was instantly hired by a major tech. company.

After two years the company was so impressed with James, they offered him the position of (CFO) chief financial operator this position would boost James pay, but it required him to leave the home two weeks out of each month. Toya was happy for her husband’s success, but she didn’t want to be with-out James for one minute. Since Toya never expressed how she felt to James he accepted the position.

While out running errands, Toya bumped into her high school sweetheart Eddie who recently returned from Cuba. Toya was so happy to see him she kissed him right on the lips and hugged him tightly. Toya invited Eddie over for dinner, Eddie accepted and they bid each other goodbye.

It’s 5 in the evening and James calls Toya, but Toya is getting ready for Eddie, she ignores the call and continues with dinner. Eddie arrives around Six that evening and the moment he arrives, things are heated. Toya and Eddie never ate dinner they filled their night with passion instead. James had called the home five times that evening, he didn’t understand why he couldn’t get a response from his wife.  Was she OK? James wanted to be sure the home was secure so he installed hidden cameras around the entire house.

He went back as far as four PM, when he arrived at the six PM footage and saw Eddie his wife’s old boyfriend and how she greeted him at the door, James was outraged. My wife does this to me! That Bitch!  With-out thinking James uploads the footage of them having sex all around the house to all the social media sites they post to.  Friends and co-workers were shocked and the video went viral.

Toya’s family wanted to know why she did this to James, Toya knew she was wrong, but she too was angry and before she realized what she was doing she had filed a complaint with the local police department against her husband. James was so upset he went down to the local bar and drank until he was barely standing. He had to return home the next day, but before he left James wanted to twice up Toya and had himself a fling with a local woman from the town he was in.  As soon as James arrived at the airport he was arrested, the judge was so disgusted that any man would do this to his own wife, he hit James with three years with no parole.

After a year James had become a fraction of what he was, he decided to get a blood test and the results was full blown Aids. The night of revenge he set up for his wife had back fired. James informed Toya she felt so guilty she took her own life.

This was fictional but it could be real, it could be your story.
